⚖️ Important Legal Notice
BuytoEat charges a platform service fee. Restaurants are solely responsible for pricing, taxes, and food sales.
Online Meal Purchases (Canada Only) 🍁
Online meal purchases are currently available for restaurants in Canada only. Meal purchases made online are processed immediately and appear as available meals at participating Canadian restaurants. When a hungry guest comes in and shows a voucher, the restaurant prepares the meal with care.
These meal purchases are final and non-refundable.
In-Person Meal Purchases (Worldwide) 🌍
In-person meal purchases are available at all participating restaurants worldwide. These purchases happen directly in the restaurant and are handled by the restaurant team.
We may update our system or terms in the future to grow and protect the project. We'll always aim to keep things simple, clear, and full of heart.
