Every meal purchase you make through Buytoeat becomes a meal for someone in need — and that happens almost instantly. Because of this, all meal purchases (both online and in-person) are considered final and non-refundable.
Note: Online meal purchases are currently available in Canada only. In-person meal purchases are available worldwide at participating restaurants.
That said, we're here to help. If something didn't feel right or you purchased by mistake, just reach out to us at info@buytoeat.com and we'll do our best to sort things out with care and kindness.
