Cancellation Policy
Because every meal purchase (online or in-person) turns into a meal almost right away, we're not able to cancel once it's been submitted.
Note: Online meal purchases are currently available in Canada only. In-person meal purchases are available worldwide at participating restaurants.
That said, we know things happen. If you made a meal purchase by accident or have a concern, please email us at info@buytoeat.com. We'll listen with heart and try to help.
